Signature Settings is a web app developed by ICEWeb which enables Google Workspace admins to enforce company-wide email signatures across all user accounts in their company.
By using Signature Settings, Google Workspace admins can apply a company signature to all employees in a single click using a simple HTML template which will be populated with real user directory information like name, phone numbers and job title.
Google Workspace admins can choose to apply the email signature to their Google Workspace account only (which is useful during testing a new signature) or to apply the signature to all the accounts in their company.
Your custom company signature is automatically saved as you type. So you can come back at any time to make changes later.
